What’s Included in Our Pass Guarantee

Continued Access Until You Pass
If you purchase a full prep program and complete at least 70% of the content—including one full-length mock exam and all quizzes—you are eligible for our Pass Guarantee.

Free 3-Month Extensions After a Failed Attempt
If you do not pass your exam using our program, email your official score report to [email protected], and we’ll extend your access for 3 additional months at no cost. This 3-month extension aligns with the ASWB’s 90-day retake policy. You can repeat this process every 3 months, as long as you remain an active student.

Extension for Test Scheduling
If you have not yet taken the exam and need more time to study, you may extend your program access for a $15 extension fee. This extension will provide you with continued access to all prep materials and support until your new exam date.

Program Terms and Requirements

• 6-Month Enrollment Period: You must take the exam within 6 months of purchasing the program to be eligible.

• Reactivation After Inactivity: If your account has been inactive for:

  • 30 or more days before your exam, a $30 reactivation fee will be required to restore access.

  • 45 or more days after your exam, a $30 reactivation fee will be required to restore access.

What If You Don’t Meet the Requirements?

If you fail the exam but:

• Did not complete 70% of the program (including at least one full-length mock exam and all quizzes), or

• Were inactive for 30 or more days before your exam, or

• Were inactive for 45 or more days after your exam,

You may still regain access by paying the $30 reactivation fee—no need to repurchase the full program.

What the Pass Guarantee Does Not Include

• Individual mock exams and mock exam bundles

• Flashcards (unless included in a bundle)

• Live workshops

• Tutoring services

How long can I access the Social Work Exam Prep Program?

You can access the Social Work Exam Prep Program for 6 months after purchasing the program. If you do not pass your exam within that time frame, you may be eligible for additional access through our Pass Guarantee. This includes:

• A 3-month extension if you fail your exam and meet the program requirements (such as completing 70% of the content, including a full-length mock exam and quizzes).

• The ability to extend your access by paying a $15 extension fee if you need more time to study before your exam.

If your account becomes inactive for 30 or more days before your exam or 45 or more days after your exam, a $30 reactivation fee will apply to restore your access.

If you do not pass the Licensed Social Work Exam using our program, you can renew your access to the Online Prep Program by following these steps:

1. Email your official score report  by using form proivided. The report should show your name and test date.

2. If you meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., completing at least 70% of the program, including one full-length mock exam and all quizzes), we will extend your access for 3 additional months at no cost.
3. You can repeat this process every 3 months, as long as you remain an active student and continue to meet the requirements.

If you need access to your Exam Prep Program beyond the initial 6-month enrollment period, you have a few options:

1. Extend your access for $15: If you have not yet taken the exam and need more time to study, you can extend your access for a $15 extension fee. . Simply take a photo of your ASWB test date registration letter and upload it with your contact information using  at this link
2. Pass Guarantee: If you do not pass your exam within the 6-month period, you may be eligible for a 3-month extensionat no additional cost, as long as you meet the requirements of our Pass Guarantee (completing at least 70% of the program, including one full-length mock exam and all quizzes).
3. Reactivation Fee: If your account becomes inactive for 30 or more days before your exam or 45 or more days afteryour exam, a $30 reactivation fee will be required to restore access.
